Okay for high school I really want to make the varsity squad. And my high school's requirements for varsity is one thing. You have to have your back handspring. I am so close to having it, i could taste it, but the fact is, i don't. Tryouts are in the spring, and I go to this thing called open gym at my all-star gym to work on my tumbling. I can't get classes, but I really want this before tryouts, any advice on what I could do to be able to throw my bhs? Thanks in advance!
