			<description>I say that when you find out that there will be try-outs, you should start conditioning right away. The key thing to do is to stay calm and believe that you'll do the best that you can. Try practicing with your friends or go to a local cheer or gymnastics/tumble gym. If there are none in your area, there are plenty of videos on YouTube to show you the basic motions and cheers.
